Programs

The NMAA Concert Series features national
performers as well as showcasing talented local artists in a traditional concert setting.Other NMAA programs include: free concerts specifically programmed for adult, child and preschool audiences; Colorado Visions - a premier annual art show/competition; the Missoula Children's Theater presenting an annual play performed and staffed by area youth; entertainment at the Westminster/Hyland Hills 4th of July fireworks show; the placement of visual art wall and bronze sculptures throughout the community; and support of numerous other visual and performing arts activities.

Free Concerts: Funded by grants from the SCFD, Adams County School District No. 50, Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District and the City of Westminster, these include the following:

Wonderful Wednesdays: Delightful, light hearted and enriching, this is a special series for pre-school children to experience the arts while emphasizing age-appropriate participation.

MAC Concert Series: These free or reduced cost concerts, held at the MAC, feature performers appealing to families of all ages in an engaging and intimate venue.

Missoula Children's Theater: This week long program features area youth performing and staging a multi-act play complete with music and costumes. It is presented in partnership with Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District.

Sculptures: The Alliance has been a catalyst for the placement of exquisitely crafted bronze statutes in a number of community venues.

 

Westminster/Hyland Hills 4th of July Celebration: The Alliance is always honored to present exciting entertainment to kick-off this massive patriotic celebration.

Art Show: The Colorado Visions art show is an annual exhibit of over 120 paintings displayed at the Westminster City Hall. The Alliance has purchased over 60 paintings for display at various community locations.
